Dependable, honest, pleasant, efficient…

I just have to give a nice shout out to my real estate agents, Rich and Sandy Marquez. I am a gal with old school values so when I work with people who are dependable, honest, pleasant, efficient, and demonstrate a high level of integrity I am a loyal customer for life. I first met Rich and Sandy about 20 years ago when they were young ‘uns farming my Flora Vista neighborhood. So…you can’t help but first notice that these two are both gorgeous. But ya know, looks are only important superficially. They struck me then, as now, as totally down to earth and honest people. After many years of getting their flyers and notepads on my doorstep it was time to consider selling the family home. It was a horrible chapter in my life, having just lost my guys. Rich has a soothing, mellow way about him and just gently led me through my options. His suggestions then turned out to be so instrumental in my selling the home successfully, and ending up with equity. So, fast forward 3 years and it was time to shop for my new little nest. Again, Rich and Sandy were so great and made the whole process seriously painless. Today Rich stopped by with a huge gift basket (thanks for putting that together, Sandy 😉 ) with awesome home decor items (that will go great in my new master bedroom!), snacks, and, most importantly a yummy Malbec which I am now sipping.
